the staff provided excellent service. hafiz and his team were very helpful and made sure i was well taken care of. i extended my stay without any hassle and appreciated their attention to my needs.. the entire team is excellent.

i noticed a slight musty smell upon entering the hotel. it seemed to be related to a drainage issue. this issue did detract slightly from the otherwise great stay.

the beautiful king room offered adequate space and comfort. it included standard amenities such as a television, desk, and seating area. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean upon arrival.

The hotel's location was alright. The deira city centre was only a short distance away.

my room had AWFUL mildew smell. the staff even mentioned it without me asking. the lighting system was OVERLY complicated, it was difficult to get the light i wanted. housekeeping broke my glasses and hid them.

the team did a great job. hafiz at reception was helpful and kind. breakfast was amazing with many choices and fresh items. the suite was clean, and i enjoyed the nice aroma in the room.
